Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Hector and Ilse have called the Seattle area home for 26 years. Together, they founded Smart Solution Construction LLC to bring high-quality craftsmanship and a personal, family-oriented touch to the Puget Sound construction industry. Their business is built on a foundation of hard work, local roots, and a deep commitment to the community they serve.

Hector leads the field operations with a diverse technical background, having transitioned from professional landscaping and fire sprinkler systems to high-end remodeling. He now specializes in new construction and complex home additions, ensuring every project is built with structural integrity and precision. Ilse manages the heart of the business, utilizing her extensive background in property management to oversee administration, estimates, and client contracts. As the primary point of contact, she ensures that every homeowner receives clear communication and a seamless experience from the initial quote to the final walkthrough. Together, they treat every project as if it were for their own family.
