“We recently had the pleasure of working with Hector and his team at Smart Solution LLC, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Hector is a true professional who is thorough, communicative, and respectful. His detailed bids and fair pricing made the process seamless. Not only does he deliver phenomenal work, but he's also a stand-up guy who values honesty and integrity. If you're looking for a trustworthy general contractor, look no further than Hector with Smart Solution.”

“Hector is the most responsive, honest and highly skilled contractor I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend him for any job you need done, he’s the best.”

“I have had Hector with SmartSolution do many projects at my house in the past several years. He built a 20’ Arbor above my garage, replaced the lap siding on the exterior of our home that was failing. Changed out all of our outlets and switches throughout the house and attached apartment which is total square footage of over 4,000 square feet. Replaced and finished drywall where we had water damage and painted walls and ceilings. He is the best contractor that we have ever had.”

“My husband and I genuinely believe that we made the right decision to go with Hector and Smart Solutions. The whole team including Juan and Salvador was great from the beginning. Open communication, punctual and friendly. They did great work on the remodel of our bathroom, keeping us in the loop and asking what they could adjust and make better. You can tell that they are experts at their craft because our remodel is amazing and we would work with them again for any future work.”

“Smart Solutions Construction has redone two different kitchens for us and several other smaller projects for us. They are seriously the gold standard! They are on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind! We love working with them!!”

“Hector did a great job and the detailed work was done very well.”

“So in love with the solid, beautiful deck Smart Solution Construction built for me after tearing out the very old, wood one! I’m in awe! Beautiful craftsmanship in solid build time - not drawn out! On top of it, they lumped in a minimal gate/fence tear down and rebuild. I’m 100% satisfied and SO happy we personalized the build with higher posts to allow for bird feeders, solar lights, and a weatherproof doggy retractable gate. THANK YOU!! ”

“We had a wonderful experience and plan to work with them again when we are ready to update our rental home. We absolutely love the beautiful kitchen they built for our family and are highly impressed with the quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and durability. The team was great to work with. They have effective communication skills and took the time to explain everything to us. In addition they were on budget with the project. We would highly recommend Smart Solution Construction.”

“The team arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They removed the existing bathtub and surrounding tile and replaced it with a beautiful shower surround with sliding rain glass doors. They kept me informed of the process and consulted with me regarding placement of the shelves and grab bar, checked the shower head height, and went over how to clean and care for the materials. They took care to protect my property throughout and left everything clean. They were knowledgable and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, Smart Solution Construction, I love my shower!”
